| Tislelizumab

Tislelizumab is a monoclonal antibody that specifically binds to programmed cell death receptor 1 (PD-1) and blocks its interaction with programmed death ligand 1 (PD-L1) and programmed death ligand 2 (PD-L2).Tislelizumab reactivates immune cells, such as T-lymphocytes, to enhance anti-tumor activity.Tislelizumab has been studied in a variety of tumors, including classical Hodgkin's lymphoma, urothelial carcinoma, non-small cell lung cancer, and hepatocellular carcinoma.
